§ 73.02 RIDING ON SIDEWALK PROHIBITED IN CERTAIN AREAS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a bicycle on the sidewalk of any street in the following areas: Bounded on the north by Arch Street; on the west by Seminary; on the south by Broadway; and on the east by Franklin Street.
