(A) Applicable. To commercial, industrial and general lighting, and heavy power loads consuming over five thousand (5,000) kWH per month. (Obsolete rate; closed to new customers.)

(C) Billing Demand.
(1) In addition to the foregoing, there shall be a demand charge per kW of eleven dollars and seventy four cents ($11.74). Billing of kW demands shall be based on available kW demand readings provided by the utility superintendent and estimated kW demands shall be based on the average monthly demand of customer.
(2) Billing demand shall be the greater of:
(a) The maximum fifteen (15) minute peak demand (kW) measured during the billing month;
(b) Sixty percent (60%) of the highest demand established in the preceding eleven (11) months; or
(c) Twenty percent (20%) of customer's contract demand (kW)
(3) The minimum billing charge under the above rate shall be the customer charge plus a facilities investment charge of one dollar ($1.00) per WA of installed transformer capacity as requested by the customer.
