§ 150.54 PROCEDURES.
   Whenever the City Council for the City of Madison Lake determines to make an improvement pursuant to this subchapter it shall follow the procedures dictated by Minnesota Statutes and all obligations of the city arising as a result hereof shall be issued in accordance with and have the legal effect and status as provided for in Minnesota Statutes.

§ 150.55 TAXES.
   The City Council may levy on all taxable property within the district or districts provided for in this subchapter as may be necessary to finance the cost of the improvements as provided for herein, including maintenance, and to pay the principal and interest on obligations issued pursuant to § 150.53. The taxes shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as other taxes collected by and paid to the city, but shall be spread only upon the property described in § 150.51 as the same may be from time to time amended hereafter. Likewise the taxes shall be disbursed by the City Council only for the benefit of the district or districts established under this subchapter and included and described in this subchapter.

§ 150.56 DISSOLUTION OF THE DISTRICT.
   Upon the retirement of all obligations issued to finance improvements within the district or districts set forth in § 150.51, any such district or districts may be dissolved by following the procedures for establishment of the district as provided for in this subchapter and by the appropriate and pertinent Minnesota Statutes.

§ 150.57 EFFECTIVE DATE.
   This subchapter shall take effect and be in full force from and after the date of its passage and publication by law, and when its adoption has thus been completed a certified copy hereof, and of all subsequent amendments hereto, shall be filed with the Blue Earth County Auditor, the Blue Earth County Recorder.
