It shall be the duty of all fire companies under contract with the city to promptly respond to each alarm to which they are called, with sufficient trained personnel to perform tasks as assigned. Companies and their members shall follow the commands and directives of the Fire Chief, command staff, incident commanders or other officers or persons in responsible charge of the incident.
