§ 54.61 LAW ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The County Sheriff’s Department shall enforce all laws within and on the County Courthouse and grounds, except the sidewalks, and any buildings and grounds specified within § 54.01 that are located within the unincorporated areas of the county.
   (B)   The Edwardsville Police Department shall enforce all laws within and on the County Administration Building and grounds, the sidewalks surrounding the County Courthouse, and any buildings and grounds specified within § 54.01 that are located within the City of Edwardsville.
   (C)   State statutes applicable to the presentation of order and peace within the county buildings and grounds listed in § 54.01 include, but are not limited to, the following:
      (1)   Hate Crimes, 720 ILCS 5/12-7.1, 730 ILCS 5/5-5-3.2;
      (2)   Disorderly Conduct, 720 ILCS 5/26-1;
      (3)   Mob Action, 720 ILCS 5/25-1;
      (4)   Criminal Trespass to State Supported Land, 720 ILCS 5/21-5;
      (5)   Criminal Damage to State Supported Property, 720 ILCS 5/21-4;
      (6)   Unauthorized Possession or Storage of Weapons, 720 ILCS 5/21-6;
      (7)   Possession of Explosives or Explosive or Incendiary Devices, 720 ILCS 5/20-2;
      (8)   Interference with Judicial Procedure, 720 ILCS 5/32-1 et seq.;
      (9)   Interference with Public Officers,720 ILCS 5/31-1 et seq.; and
      (10)   Threatening Public Officials, 720 ILCS 5/12-9.
