§ 115.17 ABATEMENT.
   The imposition of the penalties prescribed in § 115.99 shall not preclude the State’s Attorney from instituting appropriate action to prevent unlawful raffles or poker runs or to restrain, correct, or abate a violation of this chapter or of the conditions of a raffle or poker run license issued pursuant hereto.
