§ 115.99 PENALTY.
   Failure by an applicant, licensee, or manager to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter is a Class C misdemeanor, and any person, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $500,00 or imprisoned for not more than 30 days in the county jail or both for each offense. Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
