(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, organization, corporation, and the like who violates any provision of §§ 110.01 through 110.06 shall be prosecuted in accordance with provisions of the state in any court of competent jurisdiction and shall be subject to a fine not exceeding the sum of $500 or imprisonment in a penal institution other than the penitentiary for a period of six months or both the fine and imprisonment. Each day of violation of the provisions of §§ 110.01 through 110.06 shall constitute a separate offense.
