§ 110.06 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The Chairperson of the County Board is authorized to request the State’s Attorney for the county to institute civil action for injunction to restrain any person, organization, corporation, and the like from operating or holding a temporary entertainment or recreational event who does not have a valid license as required by this subchapter.
   (B)   (1)   Applicants shall give bond in an amount with surety as approved by the Chairperson of the County Board to ensure faithful performance of obligations under the terms, of this subchapter, including but not limited to damages to and expense of restoration of public property.
      (2)   Applicants shall also provide a certificate of insurance naming the county as insured with respect to proposed activities in form and amount approved by the Board Chairperson.
