§ 90.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Each violation of §§ 90.15 through 90.18 shall be a criminal offense punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500; furthermore, each day the violation is allowed to continue shall be a separate offense.

   (C)   A person found to have a chronic nuisance property shall be fined not less than $400 nor more than $1,000; furthermore, each day the violation is allowed to continue shall be a separate offense.
