Section 7.04 Staff of the Department of Public Service.

The Department of Public Service shall include such other positions as are determined necessary by the Council; employees in such positions shall work under the general supervision of the head of the Department of Public Service, and shall be appointed by the Mayor. (Amended November 6, 2018)
