Section 7.05 Removal.

The Director of Public Service can be removed by the Mayor. The Director of Public Service may appeal the removal to Council. Council shall consider such appeal, shall hold a public hearing concerning the appeal, and may overturn the removal upon four (4) affirmative votes of the members of Council.

The Director of Public Service can be removed by Council by four (4) affirmative votes of the members elected to Council.
