A. Penalty Imposed: Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined no less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each and every offense. (1965 Code § 10-14-8)
B. Fines For Specific Violations: Any person violating section 9-1-2, or 9-1-5 or 9-1-6 of this chapter for failure to purchase and properly display a valid vehicle license, of the class required by section 9-1-4 of this chapter, shall be fined as provided in section 9-2-4 of this title.
