7.02.01: FIREWORKS:

It is unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale, discharge or set off any rocket, squib, firecracker or other fireworks of any description within the County.

The penalty for provisions of this section shall be as prescribed in section 1.04.01 of this Code. (1973 Code §10.20.010)
