It shall be the duty of all persons owning vehicles, trailers or other apparatus parked upon the streets of the Town, to remove such vehicles, trailers or other apparatus from the streets from the hours of six o'clock (6:00) P.M. until nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. on each night between October 31st until April 30th of the following year. Nothing in this section shall be read to supersede or interfere with the Town's additional ability to have vehicles removed pursuant to subsection 6-5-14C of this Code. In addition to the remedies contained within section 8-1-99 of this chapter, the Public Works Director and/or law enforcement may have any vehicle violating this section towed at the owner's expense.
