8-1-99: PENALTY:
Unless specifically set out in this chapter, any violation of the provisions of this chapter constitutes a Class B misdemeanor punishable as set forth in subsection 1-4-1A2 of this Code. (Ord. 2012-11, 1-17-2013; amd. Ord. 2019-04, 5-2-2019)
