A. Five Day Limit: It is unlawful for any person to store or park a travel trailer, tent trailer, boat, boat trailer, snow vehicle, snow vehicle trailer, ATV trailer, cycle trailer, utility trailer, horse trailer, pickup camper, or similar vehicle on a Town street or alleyway for a period exceeding five (5) consecutive days. Moving such a vehicle from one location to another on a Town street or alley or from one Town street or alley to another shall not excuse a violation of this section and shall not toll the five (5) day limit.
B. Removal After Notice: Provided, however, a person shall not be in violation of this section if the person removes the vehicle from the Town streets within twenty four (24) hours after notice of the violation has been posted or attached to the vehicle.
C. Removal For Street Cleaning Or Snow Removal 1 : Any such vehicle parked on the Town streets for periods of time long enough to hamper or make impossible street cleaning or snow removal from said portion of the street shall be, by notification of the owner by the Police Department, removed by the owner to a location that will make cleaning and snow removal possible within twenty four (24) hours of said notice.
D. Declared Nuisance: In addition, any vehicle found to be in violation of this section shall be deemed a public nuisance and the Police Department is hereby authorized to remove the vehicle to the nearest garage or other place of safety at the expense of the owner.
