§ 153.99 PENALTY.

All persons, firms, corporations or companies violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $500. Each day that a billboard or sign board shall be erected or constructed, without first securing the permission as required by this chapter, shall constitute a separate offense.
