§ 153.02 APPLICATION; CONTENT.

Before any billboard or sign board shall be erected, the person, firm, corporation or company proposing to erect the same shall make application to the City Council for a permit to erect the same and, in this application, shall state the kind, size and character of the billboard or sign board to be erected and shall designate the location thereof.
