§ 114.06 PERIOD OF TIME SALE PERMITTED.
   No license shall be issued authorizing any sale to be conducted for a period longer than two days, but in the event of inclement weather, the period of time remaining under the two days shall be extended until it is possible to complete the sale during the allowable two-day period.

§ 114.07 DISPLAY OF LICENSE.
   This license authorizing a sale shall be displayed in the front window or other prominent place, clearly visible from the street, at each location where a sale is being conducted.

§ 114.08 OBSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.
   All sidewalks, walk areas or driveways, abutting to and in front of, shall remain free and uncongested so as to allow normal passage of traffic, both pedestrian and auto vehicles, connected to any of the sales enumerated herein within the confines of the city.

§ 114.09 PROVISIONS SHALL NOT APPLY TO HOLDER OF OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE.
   The provision of this chapter shall not be applicable to any person, firm, group, corporation, association or organization who has obtained an occupational license in the city.

§ 114.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm, group, corporation or organization violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and shall, on conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than $25, nor more than $100.
