§ 94.03 EXEMPTIONS.
   The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the following:
   (A)   The emission of sound for the purpose of alerting persons to the existence of an emergency or for the performance of emergency work; or
   (B)   The discharge of firearms by members of the Police Department or other sworn peace officers.
