All moneys received as deposits or payments under the provisions of Section 905.01 to 905.15 inclusive, shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer and credited to a fund to be known as the Street Restoration Fund. The Village Administrator shall have the right to draw vouchers from time to time against such Fund for the labor, material, services, use of tools and equipment, payment of contractors, and supervision furnished by the Village in restoring the payments disturbed and supervising such restoration. The Village Administrator shall also, on demand, after restoration has been completed, prepare vouchers in favor of depositors for balances due such depositors after the charges of the Village for its services in connection with the restoration work have been paid.
