§ 70.17 DESIGNATED EXPENDITURES FROM VEHICLE INSPECTION FUND.
   Expenditures from the vehicle inspection fund as established by this chapter shall be appropriated by the Town Council only for law enforcement purposes such as the following:
   (A)   Police Department vehicle repairs and replacement.
   (B)   Police Department radio equipment repairs and replacement.
   (C)   Police Department officer and designated Police Department employees education and training.

§ 70.18 CLAIMS; MANNER OF PROCESSING.
   All expenditures from this designated fund shall be appropriated and processed in the same manner as all other claims against the town.

§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates any provision of this traffic code for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to a penalty of a fine of not more than an amount set by Town Council and subject to amendment by Council from time to time. The current penalty is available for public inspection in the town offices during normal business hours. Each person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of a provision of the traffic code is committed, continued or permitted by such person.
