(a) No person shall do any of the following:
(1) Disobey or resist a lawful writ, process or order, rule, judgment or command of the court or an officer of the court.
(2) Fail to obey subpoena duly served or refuse to answer as a witness when lawfully required.
(3) Fail as witness or defendant to comply with the terms of a recognizance granted to them by the court.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
