351.01 POLICE MAY REMOVE UNATTENDED VEHICLE WHICH OBSTRUCTS TRAFFIC.
   Whenever any police officer finds a vehicle unattended upon any street, bridge or causeway, or in any tunnel, where such vehicle constitutes an obstruction to traffic, or where such vehicle is parked on any public streets, road, alleyway, designated Fire Lane, other public right-of-way, or upon any City-owned lot or parking area in violation of any other provision enumerated in this Chapter, such officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle to the nearest garage or other place of safety.
