Any vehicle being utilized for the delivery of hazardous materials or hazardous wastes shall be subject to inspection by the City and any of its duly appointed and acting law enforcement officials. Such inspection may include but shall not necessarily be limited to inspection of any bills of lading, shipping documents or other documents indicating the point of origin and point of destination of the hazardous materials or hazardous wastes as well as inspection of the vehicle being utilized to transport the hazardous materials or hazardous wastes.
