185.03 SUPPLEMENTAL TAX.

Council hereby levies a motor vehicle tax of five dollars ($5.00) per vehicle pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4504.171. The proceeds from this tax levy shall be deposited into the Motor Vehicle License Tax Fund created by Section 185.02.
