554.15 INTERPRETATION AND APPLICABILITY.

In the event that any provision of this chapter is determined to be in conflict with any other provision, section, or regulation contained within the Codified Ordinance of the City of Loveland, this Chapter shall be interpreted to be the prevailing regulation, and as such, the more specific standard shall apply.
