1313.07 EFFECTIVE DATE.

This Chapter shall take effect from and after the earliest period allowed by law and replaces in its entirety Chapter 1313, entitled "Flood Damage Prevention" as previously amended via City of Loveland Ordinance 2004-37, adopted May 14, 2004.
