The application process for the City of Loveland Job Creation Incentive Program shall be administered by the City Manager. Interested businesses must submit an application seeking to participate in the program and obtain approval as a Qualified Business before creating the jobs within the City. Upon approval, a contract will be drafted outlining the terms and conditions of the program and presented to City Council for adoption via the adoption of an ordinance.
