1327.04 ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS.

All forms of new and expanding, non-retail businesses located within, or annexing into, the City not receiving a Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) tax abatement are eligible to qualify for the Incentive Payment. (Ord. 2022-125. Passed 12-13-22.)
