The purpose of the program is to provide an incentive for the creation of jobs in the City of Loveland, and to maintain Loveland's competitiveness as a site for the location of new businesses and the expansion of existing businesses. This program may be used in conjunction with other financing and incentive programs available through the Federal Government, State of Ohio, and other government and quasi-governmental entities. This program shall not be used in conjunction with the Loveland Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) tax incentive program(s). Businesses which have executed an annexation agreement with the City, will be eligible to apply for this program. (Ord. 2022-125. Passed 12-13-22.)
