Whoever violates any section of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each violation shall be considered a separate offense. Jurisdiction for such offenses may be heard in the Loveland Mayor's Court, or any Court of competent jurisdiction located in the County where the offense occurred and shall be prosecuted by the City Solicitor or his/her designee.
