125.01 DIVISION OF TAXATION.
   The Division of Taxation shall be charged with the administration of the income tax laws of the City, under the direction of the Director of Finance. The Director of Finance shall prescribe the form and methods of accounts and reports for this division, as well as the forms for taxpayers’ returns and declarations, and shall be charged with the internal examination and audit of all such accounts and shall exhibit accurate records showing the amount received from each taxpayer, and the date of the receipt. The Director of Finance shall also make written report to Council annually of all monies collected under the City income tax during the preceding year. Any or all of the duties of the Director of Finance may be delegated, by the City Manager, to the Assistant Finance Director or to any other position deemed appropriate.
