119.01 DISPOSITION OF MAYOR’S GRATUITIES.

(a) All gratuities received by the Mayor for wedding ceremonies performed by the Mayor shall be retained by the Mayor as compensation for these services.

(b) The Mayor shall report the gratuities received by the Mayor to the Director of Finance for disposition according to law. Gratuities received shall be in addition to the Mayor's regular salary and shall not be considered a part of the salary.
