746.12 DEPOSIT OF FEES.

The City of Loveland shall deposit the fees collected by the City for massage establishment permits and masseur and masseuse licenses into the City's General Fund, and first use the fees for the cost of administering and enforcing this chapter. (Ord. 2018-132. Passed 12-18-18.)
