The Loveland Farmers' Market shall pay an annual fee of three hundred dollars ($300.00) to permit its operation for a period commencing no earlier than April 1 of each year and concluding no later than October 31. The terms for the operation of the Loveland Farmers' Market shall be subject to a written lease agreement between the Loveland Farmers' Market and the City.
