731.03 PROHIBITED DURING CERTAIN HOURS.
   (a)   All canvassing, commercial solicitation or noncommercial solicitation may be made only between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
