959.02 JURISDICTION AND CONTROL.

Council shall maintain jurisdiction of the Fallen Hero Nature Preserve with operational control, vested with the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee. It shall be the duty of the City Manager to ensure that all deed restrictions and covenants which run with this preserve shall be in full effect.
