(a) The City of Loveland adopts the latest edition of the "Rules and Regulations Governing the Construction, Operation and Maintenance of the Hamilton County Storm Water Drainage System," as well as the Ohio Department of Natural Resource's "Rainwater and Land Development" manual as the Storm Water Design Manual. The City of Loveland may also furnish additional policy, criteria and information including specifications and standards, for the proper implementation of the requirements of this chapter and may provide such information in the form of a supplemental Storm Water Design Manual.
(b) The manual may be updated and expanded from time to time, at the discretion of the local review authorities, based on improvements in engineering, science, manufacturing, monitoring and local maintenance experience. Storm water treatment practices that are designed and constructed in accordance with these design and sizing criteria will be presumed to meet the minimum water quality performance standards.
