111.08 SCHEDULE OF FEES AND FINES FOR INDUSTRIAL WASTE DISPOSAL.

Penalty. Any person who fails to comply with any provisions pursuant to Codified Ordinance Chapter 929 shall be fined not less than five hundred and 00/100 dollars ($500.00) nor more than five thousand and 00/100 dollars ($5,000.00) for each offense. Each day on which a violation occurs or continues to occur shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
