(a) $100.00 per enforcement procedure for Property Maintenance and Zoning Code Violations with the administrative fee being waived for the first enforcement procedure, provided if there is a second occurrence within two (2) years of the first occurrence, the administrative fee shall be $100.00 for the first occurrence, which had been waived, and $100.00 for each subsequent occurrence.
(b) For Property Maintenance and Zoning Code Violations where the abatement cost paid to third parties is in excess of $1,000 the administrative fee shall be an amount calculated by the City to reimburse to the City for the administrative costs that it is required to expend or incur in enforcing the Property Maintenance and Zoning Code including all legal and out of pocket expenses, but in no event less than $100.00.
