Non-exempt employees of the Department of Public Works who carry the street pager are to be compensated for an additional 128 hours per 7 day work week at the rate of seventy-five cents ($0.75) per hour for hours on call other than their normally scheduled 40 work week hours, or ninety-six dollars ($96.00) per week. The person carrying the street pager shall be responsible for responding to call outs for all non-water related public works emergency matters. The person carrying the street pager shall be designated in advance each week by the Director of Public Works.
