Each full-time employee and part-time employee working 500 hours or more per year shall be eligible for a group life insurance policy in an amount equal to three (3) times their base annual salary, subject to policy reduction formulas at age 65. For the purpose of determining the amount of such coverage, the base annual salary shall be that salary which is in effect on July 1 of each year.
