155.04 VACATIONS.
   All full-time permanent employees shall receive annual paid vacation in accordance with the following schedule:

   Vacation will be scheduled subject to the approval of the employee’s supervisor based on workload requirements. Employees may carry over a maximum of one year vacation hours plus fifty hours to the succeeding year, and the City Manager shall have the authority to provide for the payout of accumulated vacation leave in excess of the carryover limit to compensate employees for extraordinary services rendered to the City.
