155.02 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter, certain terms are defined as follows unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:
   (a)   "Full-time employee" means an employee appointed by the City Manager who works a minimum of forty hours per week, twelve months a year.
   (b)   "Part-time employee" means an employee appointed by the City Manager who works fewer than eight (8) hours a day or fewer than forty (40) hours per week.
   (c)   "Seasonal employee" means an employee appointed by the City Manager who works for seven (7) or fewer months within a twelve-month period.
