153.07 VENUE OF APPEAL OF DECISIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION.

Any appeal of a decision of the Civil Service Commission that may be taken under the ordinances of the City, the rules and regulations of the Civil Service Commission, or the laws of the State of Ohio shall be brought in the Court of Common Pleas of Clermont County.
