SECTION 4.05 RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN COUNCIL AND THE CITY MANAGER.
   Neither Council, nor any member thereof, shall direct or give orders to any subordinate of the City Manager, or take part in the appointment, discipline or removal of subordinate employees of the City Manager, either publicly or privately. Council, or any member thereof, shall deal with the administrative employees of the City solely through the City Manager. Any member of Council may request information regarding the City directly from any employee. (Amended 11-6-01; 11-5-19)
