1501.01 ADOPTION OF THE FIRE PREVENTION CODE.

The Ohio Fire Code 2017 is hereby adopted by reference in its entirety as the fire prevention code for the City, and copy of said code to be maintained on file in the office of the City Manager. The code shall be known as "The Fire Prevention Code of the City of Loveland" and shall be referred to in this chapter as "the Code." (Ord. 2018-37. Passed 3-27-18.)
