The City Council hereby designates the City Manager or his/her designee as the Housing Officer who shall perform those duties and have those powers conferred upon housing officers by Ohio R.C. 3735.65 through 3735.70. Appeals from the decision of the Housing Officer may be brought to the Housing Board of Appeals pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3735.70.
